Covid-19 Letter To Customers
Dear Dad’s Towing Service Customers,
During this time of unprecedented health safety concerns, everyone here at Dad’s Towing Service wants you to know what precautionary steps are being made to help stop the spread of COVID-19.
Our first concern is, and always has been, our customers. For the foreseeable future, the following precautions will be taken by all our staff:
All Dad’s Towing Service drivers will be wearing gloves at every call that will be changed before the next call. Between each call drivers will sanitize their trucks, so customers don’t have to worry about who sat in the passenger seat before them.
At our office, office staff will sanitize their workstations at the beginning and end of each shift, and the Dispatch Window and counter will be sanitized between customers.
For the safety of our customers and our staff, we ask that our customers come to the Dispatch Window outside to conduct all business, weather permitting.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during this difficult time. Everyone here at Dad’s Towing Service is committed to ensuring the health and safety of all our customers and employees. We advise everyone to stay safe and avoid going out when possible, but we want you to know that Dad’s Towing Service will be there for you when you need us.
